Flying Closer to the Sun – I.e. More Corolla Roadtrips

One would think I’d be happy having done the Tour de Del without any hiccups, but with a little extra time over the 2025 holidays I felt the need to drive the 86 to SoCal, again. This time I’d being going all the way to Los Angeles though for the Vintage Japanese Motoring Union new year’s hang, with some time in the canyons for good measure.

Naturally, instead of the typical sunny weather L.A. is known for I drove down right as a winter storm rolled in. There’s a good chance you’ve already stopped reading by this point, so hopefully the video above will satiate your interest in the rest of the trip. Lord knows the world doesn’t need another YouTuber, but hey, I’ve always been driven to create. This is just another way to scratch that itch, right?
