I managed to break off for a couple days to hang out at Sears Point and take in another track day hosted by SpeedSF. Among all the high-brow European instruments and the honed Japanese tools that dotted the paddock, there were these two weapons. Loud, imposing, and flat out fast, they rounded the 2.52 mile course quicker than anything else.
The Viper ACR exemplifies something uniquely American. And unlike Politics, it has a more universal appeal. Though production is slated to end in 2017, I have a feeling we’ll still see these storming around race tracks for some time to come. Were it on the ballot, I’d certainly vote for them to stick around!
